November was a fairly busy month for the Hold (well, October, too). We finished the recording and did our best to mix it before the Burdocks left for their own recording adventure. Seth mastered it for us. It's been hard work trying to meet our self-imposed deadlines. I even came in on Saturday once. It wasn't ready for the Pop Explosion, which was a good show. It wasn't ready for the Zeke show, which left me speechless for days. And now I'm not sure if it'll be ready for our show at the Pavilion. I think we may have some limited edition, pre-release copies, but I'm not sure.

I'm excited for the next show. It's been over a year since we played an all-ages show in town. (the My Revenge show at the Vogue theatre.) That's partially due to the problems our fair city had with all-ages venues for awhile, and partially due to scheduling impossibilities. I like playing for the kiddies. Most of our tour was all-ages. I'm also excited because I like all the bands we are playing with. (Except I've never heard ZAAT)

Get ready for Christmas with the Hold.

Comments:
any chance you will play in the toronto/hamilton area?

Well, we hope to take a little trip to Quebec in February. As far as Ontario, hopefully the spring/summer.

i have 4 minutes of hold footage from the reflections show. does the hold wan't this? sound is of the unlistenable quality, though there are some nice audio snippets of the anonymous heckler.

Well, robin, I'm certainly interested in the audio snippets of the heckler. We do have footage of the whole show, so while we don't need your footage, it would be interesting to see/hear it from a different perspective.
